Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm based in China to appoint a Transaction Services Senior Manager to be based either out of their Shanghai or Beijing Office.
The Role
• Undertake detailed financial and commercial analysis
• Completing financial due diligence, independent business reviews and valuations
• Managing a team conducting research & analysis to help clients assess the impact of market dynamics on strategic investments
• Develop an understanding of the target business and its drivers
• Interpretation and analysis of information memoranda, business plans, publicly available information on the target business
• Contribution towards business development and marketing initiatives
• Review and analysis of projections, and underlying assumptions
• Review of the adequacy of working capital facilities, including consideration of financing limits, term and covenants
• Evaluation of potential synergies
• Provide coaching & training to junior members of the team
The Candidate
• Over 1 years’ experience at Senior Manager level within Transaction Services
• The ability to speak Chinese is desired though not essential to be considered for this role
