This prestigious FTSE 250 leisure business has a rich history and reputation for quality and excellent service. With operations in over 20 countries globally, they have a need to recruit for a newly created Group Tax & Project Transaction Adviser. You will report directly to the Group Head of Tax & Treasury and lead on all current transactions and key projects relating to corporate restructuring, CFC analysis and M&A.
Key duties;
Manage M&A projects from Group Tax position
Advise on the tax impact of large transactions
Review and commentary for the Group's ETR
Liaison with local tax authorities with respect to tax risks
Assistance in UK CFC tax compliance analysis and review work
