The role
* Tax compliance: Assist in the process for the production and submission of annual corporation tax returns, Quarterly CT61s and Quarterly payments
* Correspondence and liaison with HMRC
* Reviewing VAT reports as required
* Tax accounting; Assist in the preparation of tax figures for company annual and interim published accounts as well as quarterly figures for major companies
* Risk management and Planning Identify opportunities and threats for the Group from changes in the business environment and changes to tax law
* Relationship management: to develop good relationships with other Finance teams and with business teams outside of Finance.
The candidate
* You should be either part-qualified or have a full ACA or CTA qualification
* Candidate must also have good knowledge of tax accounting and an awareness of current tax issues
