The Role:
As a result of their strong expansion plans, our client is looking for an individual for their Transactions Tax team. This is an exciting team that offers the right candidate strong opportunities for career progression and development.
Working as a Tax Senior Manager you will have an instrumental role and be an integral part of developing the business. You will also have the following responsibilities:
В• Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
В• Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical / business driven approach taken
В• Delegate effectively and be involved in the development of junior staff in the UK and offshore team
В• Assist in winning work by proactively leveraging existing client relationships and contribute to winning new clients.
The Person:
You will be an experienced tax professional who is looking for an exciting opportunity to join this growing team.
In addition you will possess the following attributes:
В• Relevant transaction tax experience
В• Commercial attitude with the desire to consider the wider business implications of tax
В• Outgoing with good relationship skills and the ability to deliver quality output
В• Client driven with a strategic and commercial awareness
В• FS industry knowledge preferred but not essential
В• US Transaction work a particular advantage
В• Team player with ability to create, sustain and lead effective teams
В• Any of В– ACA/CA/Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training course /Law qualification /CTA
В• Excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and verbal
