Our client is a global listed group that is looking for a Tax Manager to join their tax team on a long-term contract. You will report to the Regional Tax Manager the role will include the following:
- High level Australian technical work
- Transactional advisory work
- Co-ordination of indirect tax matters including liaising with external advisors and relevant regulatory bodies
- Development of relationships with the greater finance team and other business units within the group
- Identification of tax issues associated with specific contracts
- Review of technical issues during tax return process
This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior advisor to move to a premium in-house role. This brand-name group will provide you with a diverse range of technical challenges that will be difficult to match.
Qualifications
You will have at least 7 years experience in advising listed groups from a chartered or commercial environment. You will be CA / CPA qualified and a have a proven history of technical excellence.
