Our client is a leading Global Accounting firm with Australia’s leading Human Capital and Resource consulting group. This group provides high quality advice and consulting services to Australia’s largest companies as well as the local subsidiaries of global businesses. These services include global work force planning, executive relocation and expatriate taxation services as well as performance and reward planning for lead executives.
Due to recent changes in legislation and rapid regional growth several opportunities have arisen for experienced Human Resources and Taxation Professionals within the Performance and Reward planning group. This group assists its clients in developing engaging and competitive reward structures (both short and long term) for local and international staff as well as supplying executive tax compliance obligation, regulatory change and global talent management services.
As a Manager in the Performance & Reward team you'll assist with the development and roll out of executive and employee share plans. You'll also provide advice on remuneration, tax, commercial and corporate governance implications of equity plans and broader executive remuneration issues.
Your role will include:
• Dealing with Board members, CFOs and HRDs of major companies
• Development of reward and remuneration design solutions to support business strategy
• Day to day management of the client team's deliverables
• Supporting / involvement on marketing (internal / external) and business development initiatives
Sitting within Taxation Services this role Tax professionals with experience in Remuneration and Reward planning experience. The successful candidates will demonstrate excellent financial modeling and analytical skills as well as have proven “C” level consulting experience gained within a large corporate or consulting firm.
