Job Description
•Drive strategic tax mitigation initiatives with creative tax planning/detailed analysis
•Manage and oversee U.S. state & local income tax and indirect tax compliance
•Manage and oversee the state & local income tax, sales/use tax, real & personal property tax, and business license compliance functions
•Manage transfer pricing issues relating to state & local operations
•Provide state & local tax input for budgets, forecasts, and financial statement reporting of taxes
•Manage and develop assigned staff through effective and timely supervision, training, performance management, and appraisal
Required Skills
•BA in accounting
•15+ years of tax experience
•Strong knowledge of state and local income and indirect taxes
•Outgoing
•Hands on

•Mix of public accounting and global private industry experience
