This globally renowned FTSE100 business is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing professional to join their in-house tax team. You will be integral to the business in producing and implementing a global transfer pricing system, ensuring the Group is compliant with OECD guidelines, and advising the company on any future transfer pricing issues.
The Role
- Ensure the businesses' compliance with complex transfer pricing regulations and documentation requirements in each of the countries in which it operates.
- Assist the business units and corporate functions with setting, implementing and maintaining arm's length optimised transfer pricing policies and procedures for sales of products, provision of services, licensing of intellectual property.
- Support the Businesses in design, development, planning and implementation of a business transfer pricing policy to ensure that both tax effectiveness and tax risk management considerations are embedded in commercial decision-making.
Qualifications/Experience required
- Excellent knowledge and experience of transfer pricing within a multinational corporation or within an advisory body to such
- Excellent communication skills
