This global FTSE100 company is looking to recruit a Regional Supply Chain Compliance Head. The role will report to the Director of Supply Chain Compliance.
You will be accountable for leading a team of 5 Regional based Compliance Managers and Specialists who will ensure that the company meets the highest level of global compliance for cross border trade within the supply chain activities of all Business Units (e.g. R&D, ES, GMS and Commercial).
The role:
* Driving implementation of Cross Border Regulations into the regions, through Championing of OE and change programs
* To partner with Cluster Heads, Regulatory, and Site Logistics Directors to ensure that the expected standards are delivered.
* To work with Regional peers to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of programs through the use of leveraging both internal and external resources.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with GMS/R&D/ES/Commercial to understand new business development in the regions.
* Accountable for implementing Compliance requirements of Business Strategy into the Control Towers and LSP's
* Lead Duty Management programmes to release cash back into the organisation for both GMS/Commercial and R&D
