Qualified Corporate Tax Senior, London.
Based in the City this leading independent firm provides a wide range of tax and consulting services to a broad range of companies, from quoted multinational groups to owner managed businesses. By being involved at the outset of a transaction you will provide comprehensive advice to minimise the tax exposure, considering all the corporate tax, VAT, international and employee issues as appropriate.
As a Senior you will be responsible for the overall compliance service to clients, principally consisting of preparation of corporation tax computations and returns but equally getting involved in detailed advisory work. Client work will also include client meetings and a key focus on building long standing relationships. Other duties will include dealing with HMRC, data analysis and junior team member supervision.
