They have a particular strength in the US Private Equity/Hedge funds arena They are looking for someone with comprehensive knowledge of US corporate and partnership tax knowledge. experience of the US tax treatment of foreign corporations and partnerships including a good understanding of PFICs and CFCs, solid understanding of the check-the-box regime and experience of reviewing forms 1065, 5471, 8865, 8858 and 8621.
You will be fully client handling and you will be an integral part of the growth and development of the firm. You will coordinate the delivery for compliance services and identify and execute planning.
Ideally you will be EA or CPA qualified but there will be flexibility on this. The firm can offer you an excellent salary and market leading bonus scheme.
