Rapid expansion has led to the need for a Personal Tax Manager who will concentrate on managing and developing the personal tax team.

The Practice is looking to immediately expand the team in a process which would entail you becoming a pivotal person within their recruitment process. Business development would also be involved in this role as the Practice is keen to expand their network.

You will be either a qualified Accountant or qualified CTA and have a background within Practice, and more specifically within Personal Tax. You will have previously managed a small team of staff and will been involved in the recruitment and development of this team. Your communication skills will be excellent as you will need to build upon the already established client relationships.
