Your role will involve providing advice on remuneration strategy, together with the design, commercial and corporate governance implications of remuneration issues. Your experience in delivering high quality executive and employee remuneration advice, manging project teams and client relationships will allow you to make a valuable contribution to your team.
We are looking for individuals with experience in short-term, long-term and sales incentive plan design as well as the ability to review and benchmark executive remuneration packages. You'll have strong analytical skills, excellent time and people management coupled with the ability to remain focused and productive in a fast paced environment.
