An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced remuneration and reward professional at consultant, manager level or higher, to join Australasia’s leading Remuneration & Reward consulting team, specialising in Equity Incentives (Employee Share Schemes).
Based in either Sydney or Melbourne, this team is the stand out choice for leading entrepreneurial businesses and listed global corporates alike, particularly in the provision of strategic advice around IPOs, M&A and Equity based reward (Employee Share Schemes).
In this role you will be working with privately held companies going through their IPOs, listed companies under re-organisation, M&A targets/acquisitions etc. in the design and implementation of long term Equity-based incentive plans (Employee Share Schemes). In addition you will provide advice on Equity based incentives across the group in relation to due diligence, legislative changes and country specific issues.
To be successful in this role your remuneration and reward experienced will have been gained within a corporate or professional services environment and will include Equity based reward (Employee Share Schemes). You must have excellent English communication and numerical skills.
