Reporting to the VAT Manager, the key responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- Providing support to the VAT team by offering high quality VAT advice
- Assisting internal teams with the preparation of client VAT returns
- Liaising with clients on VAT compliance issues and ensuring deadlines are met
- Dealing with HMRC enquiries by letter and telephone
- Assisting VAT team with WIP management and billing
The successful candidate will be ATT/AAT newly qualified or equivalent, furthermore this individual will have experience in a similar role for 2-3 years. This role offers a unique opportunity to specialise in this area, which in turn will lead to swift recognition and promotion.
