As a Senior Manager in our flourishing Corporate Tax team you will be involved in the full client engagement process, enabling you to develop broader business tax skills and fully utilise your upstream tax experience. We will provide you with the tools to reach your full potential and beyond.
Your ability to focus on our clients and deliver innovative tax solutions will be enhanced by our strong and growing upstream client base and the opportunity to work with clients in other sectors. Use your networking skills to proactively grow the practice, adding real value and making an impact both on the firm and to your clients. You will be responsible for managing and delivering strategic tax planning on matters ranging from tax efficient financing, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, restructuring and complex tax authority enquiries for many house hold names.

The role involves:
* Leading business development initiatives on target accounts, contributing to winning new work
* Leading existing client engagements, reporting directly to a Partner
* Input into development of new market opportunities locally and nationally with an opportunity to lead the development of the new ideas
* Identifying cross service line opportunities
* Developing less experienced staff with hands on advice and support
* Technical research
* Corporation tax planning and advice regarding transactions, mergers and acquisitions and international tax
To be considered you must possess:
* ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent qualifications or experience
* Upstream tax experience
* Strong client facing skills
* Confident communicator
* Solid experience of developing and generating new business
* Previous people management experience
