A leading and highly respected client of ours is looking to expand their already strong M&A tax team at the Manager level. You will be working with a variety of Financial Services institutions and organisations and manage cross border tax structuring, restructuring, international due diligence and tax modelling assignments and have responsibility for more junior professionals.
The role is tough and does involve daily challenges and a steep learning curve, however the rewards are strong and you will be working in one of the World's leading M&A advisory teams.
Candidates need to have relevant transaction tax experience ideally from a Top 10 or Big 4 environment and hold an ACA/CTA or equivalent. Strong project management, business development and client relationship skills are essential. Previous Financial Services experience is preferred but not paramount.
