As a Manager within our Social Security team your day would range from being involved in providing both technical advice and compliance services to your clients on social security issues, working with senior management on the development of technical solutions, and developing new ideas and processes to aid the development of our business. You will also have a key role in marketing initiatives, identifying potential business development opportunities, as well as the management of existing client relationships.

Our London ISS team takes the lead in our global social security network. Be part of a successful and growing team which is a centre of excellence within the firm and has trebled in size over the last five years.

You will help build the wider practice by mentoring less experienced people in your division, and playing a key role in the development of new business. You will assume real ownership of your client relationships, working directly with Partners and Directors on some engagements in order to provide key services to their clients. This means you can really add value and make an impact both on the firm and to your clients. Be part of an environment where hard work and ambition is rewarded.


The role involves:

*Advising clients around social security contribution issues, pensions and benefits
*Direct responsibility for managing key client relationships, ensuring delivery of high quality work
*Direct responsibility for a number of key business development initiatives
*Organisation of and participation in seminars, workshops and training events
*Motivating and supervising less experienced staff
To be considered you should ideally possess:

*Experience of dealing with international social security issues. Consideration will be given to candidates with expatriate tax or international payroll experience who are keen to specialise in this area.
*A well developed sense of client service
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Experience of supervising less experienced staff
Experience of assisting in maintaining and developing client relationships
*Experience of generating business development opportunities
*The ability to produce and oversee accurate and precise work output
