Do you want an international tax career with a worldwide renowned bank? The position, based in Central London, is for a Group Tax Manager with specialist knowledge of Corporation Tax Compliance.
On a daily basis the role will require you to:
- Information gather and analyse for drafting of Corporate Tax computations and maintenance of CT compliance progress matrix.
- Prepare and review group tax provision calculations and tax account reconciliations
- Provide information across to US Tax Group for tax returns and payments made to UK Tax authorities
- Complete Transfer Pricing documentation and preparation of TP timetabling for incorporation of new acquisitions
- Monitor compliance and reporting of taxes paid in respect of foreign branches of UK registered entities and Group VAT return
- Provide information and assistance to SOX 404 team and update and maintain this process.
Accountancy qualifications (ACCA/ACA/CA) and tax qualified or part qualified/relevant CT experience are a prerequisite. Furthermore good communication and analytical skills with confidence in systems (MS Word, Excel, Alphatax) are advantageous.
