Having reached over $5 billion in annual turnover, the majority of this has come from outside the US, which has led to investment in the EACR Tax function, located in West London.
Our client is searching for a Senior Tax Manager / Director level tax professional that can take a primary lead on managing the Africa region with the EACR sub-group. This will involve:
- Provide guidance on local country operational tax issues such as contract reviews, new country entry advice and permanent establishment exposure analysis.
- Provide direct support and overview of local country tax audits.
- Review quarterly tax provisions and annual true-ups prepared by local Controllers to ensure compliance with US GAAP.
- Review local country tax returns and statutory accounts prepared by local Controllers or external advisors for entities in this region.
- Identify and/or implement local country tax planning opportunities and related projects.
