This global business is listed on the London stock exchange and markets and distributes a range of specialist products and services throughout Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.
They are looking for an ATT/CTA/ACA qualified temporary corporate tax accountant to work with their tax team in Leeds. You will be responsible for the group corporate tax compliance work including the preparation and submission of the tax computations and returns, preparing the figures for inclusion in the statutory accounts, QUIP calculations, dealing with HM Revenue & Customs and liaising with the professional advisors. You will also undertake P11d and PSA work and assist the group tax manager with tax advisory projects.
You will need to have a minimum of 3 years corporate tax experience ideally in a Big 4 or mid tier accountancy firm or in-house. An understanding of international tax issues would be advantageous however an enthusiastic attitude and willingness to get involved in all types of work is a must.
