Due to sustained growth this busy group are looking for an established tax adviser within the banking space who has good experience of wide-ranging
transactions. You will get the opportunity to join an enviable team who are rapidly growing and work on some of the most complex and high-level deals.
They will in time give you a solid platform to excel to the next level without diluting any of the experience you have achieved to date. They are ideally
looking for someone with a banking background, however, other industry sectors will also be considered.
Requirements include:
* Experience of complex transactions from a buy or sell perspective
* Previous background in UK tax from either practice or industry
* Recent and relevant experience of working in a similar role
* Demonstrable track record in business generation
The successful candidate for this position will be able to enjoy rapid career progression towards leadership and a long term career with a leading group.
As key skills for this role include managing some of the most complex deals, proven ability to perform at this level is both essential and necessary.
