Now hiring for an Assistant Tax Manager to join its team, you will report to the Group Tax Manager and take ownership for a wide range of duties. Principally, your focus will be to manage tax compliance and reporting whilst providing support on international tax planning initiatives.
Key duties will include:
Managing the Group's tax compliance
Managing the Group's UK tax returns
Assisting with tax forecasting and monitoring of future cash tax payments
Assisting with projects to maintain tax efficient structuring
Provision of advice to businesses establishing operations in new locations
Assistance with the monitoring of permanent establishment risk
Assistance with Group structuring and rationalisation of entities
Assistance with the management of Group's transfer pricing policy including the preparation of support documentation
Reviewing the Group's monthly/quarterly sales tax returns
Preparation of monthly tax accruals and annual statutory tax disclosures
Assistance with UK and overseas tax audits
About you:
ACA qualified or equivalent
CTA qualification preferred but not essential
Commercially minded and forward-thinking
UK tax experience
Ideally suited to someone making their first step into industry
