One of the biggest Oil & Gas companies in the UK is searching for a new Assistant Tax Manager to come into their established tax team.
This role is a unique opportunity to work in an advisory position dealing with both the companies national and international interests.
You will be involved in:
- Structuring issues on acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, start-ups, and repatriation planning
- Core international tax technical issues - CFCs, financing & forex, analysis and reviews of treaty issues
- Tax desk support for ad hoc international tax enquires
- Overseas adviser management, material return/accounts reviews and tax audit involvement
- Tax planning in-country and cross-border
Requirements:
- 0-2years PQE ACA/CTA or equivalent
- International tax experience preferable but not necessary
- Attention to detail
